Abstract :
A new construction of frequency hopping (FH) sequences, designated as cubic prime sequences, is presented in this paper based on the multiplication of extension Galois field GF(P3) with P an odd prime. Cubic prime sequences provide more sequences, longer period and more families compared with prime sequences, with ideal Hamming auto-correlation properties and maximum Hamming cross-correlation value four. And after partition, FH sequences in the same group show ideal Hamming cross correlation properties.
