            Abstract : 
An integrated monopulse receiver based on 23 GHz LO (local oscillator) and 94 GHz subharmonic mixers is presented. All circuits are realized using uniplanar coplanar-waveguide (CPW) and slot lines. The antennas are composed of dipoles integrated on dielectric substrates and placed within horn cavities. These features result in a compact, easily fabricated, rugged system with good predicted performance at 94 GHz.<>
