Abstract :
As a new model of enterprises business cooperation, fair and reasonable mechanism of profit allocation relates to the success or fair of the supply chain alliance. This paper applied symbiosis theory and conception into supply chain alliance which is a man-made symbiotic system, combined with Material and Energy Transformation Law, Quality Action Law, Energy Conservation Law and Henry Louis Lechatelier Balanced Reaction Principle, introduced the concept of balanced constant to analyze supply chain alliance profit allocation, integrated the impact of risks and resources on the alliance profit allocation, established supply chain alliance profit allocation mechanism from a new perspective, provided a reliable reference method for the efficient and effective operation of alliance to cope with vigorous market competition.
