Abstract :
To overcome the drawback of few researches for selecting green supply chain (GSC) strategic under fuzzy environment, a GSC strategy ranking model is proposed in terms of analyzing the framework for evaluating GSC. In order to integrate the fuzzy attribute values, the HWA operator is applied to transform the fuzzy decision matrices regarding attribute values into a complex decision matrix. After that, the values in the cost and the benefit attributes are respectively regarded as inputs and outputs, and the MDEA which allows for a ranking of the efficient units while evaluating the relative efficiency of decision making units is employed to develop a model for ranking GSC strategies and selecting the optimal strategy under the attribute weight information is partly known. Applied to a simulation case, the presented method is proved to be well applicable.
