Research on coal production materials distribution based on supply chain management

Supply logistics system of coal production is an important component of the production logistics system. And the choice of the mode of coal production materials distribution relates to the operating efficiency of the entire supply logistics system of coal production. In this paper, the application of supply chain management in the coal production materials distribution is discussed. At the same time, based on the supply chain thought, three modes of coal production materials distribution are proposed and compared, in favor of the coal enterprises in the appropriate choice.
