Abstract
The three-level supply chain can be coordinated by buyback contracts under some settings. But if a demand disruption happened, the coordination may be broken off. In this paper, we investigated the impact of demand disruptions to the three-level supply chain. Using buyback contracts, we designed an improved mechanism to coordinate the supply chain. The validity of the result is illustrated by numerical examples.
