Abstract :
In the condition of power market reform, it is a key question for the power supplying enterprises about how to evaluate the service quality objectively. Therefore, an index system to evaluate the service quality of power supplying enterprises is set up based on the previous studies. Then, improved analytic hierarchy process method (AHP) is exploited to determine the index weights. Finally, cloud model is introduced to give an evaluation of service quality. This model discards the hard division methods which are used in previous studies. As a result, the concepts gained by this way can reflect the data distribution characteristics more obviously and objectively. After that, by backward cloud generator, the cloud parameters can be got, which are used for evaluation. The example in this paper shows that the model is feasible and effective since it can offer more hidden information directly.
