            Abstract : 
A moment method analysis is conducted to analyze the capacitive posts and/or diaphragms in a rectangular waveguide. In this analysis, no restrictions are imposed on the number, the cross sections, and/or the arrangement of the posts and diaphragms. A number of numerical examples are analyzed, and the computed results agree well with measured results as well as the results available in the published literature.<>
