            Abstract : 
In this paper, we propose a new structure that has similar behavior to materials with extremely low permittivity. This novel structure is used here to construct waveguide junctions such as 90deg and 180deg turns while maintaining negligible return loss. Numerical demonstrations of the proposed structure are presented here.
