Study on quality and safety supervision control system for food supply chain

Food supply chain involves in the production, consumption, processing, circulation and other links of primary agricultural. Any improper control of links will affect the final quality of products; even jeopardize the health of consumers. So the treatment of food supply chain safety relied on the concerted efforts of all participants. The establishment of risk-sharing, benefit-sharing of safety control supervision system of food supply chain is the primary work of the whole society. This supervision control information system which designed for food supply chain is studied in this article.
