    Human dispatch as a new employing labor way greatly increases the flexibility of the enterprise employing labor and the labor resource allocation efficiency. However, the quality of service of human resource industry in china not adapts to the needs of labor units and has been the key problem of restricting the development of industry. Therefore, study on the key quality indicators affecting customer satisfaction based on customer satisfaction, and thereby forming industry service standards seems have great significance to the development of industry. This paper establishes the industry´s customer satisfaction model and evaluation index system combined with characteristics of the human dispatch service industry in China, in order to provide the theory basis for forming the quality specification of the industry´s service and promoting the healthy and orderly development of the industry.
