Abstract :
According to a ligand binding site, screening protein structural database may provide the lead information to accelerate drug discovery research. In this study we propose a novel approach MIIF based on the method protein folding shape code (PFSC), is applied to discover the similar binding site area of a protein related to the known drug target area of a ligand.
