Abstract
State of Iowa, in the North Central region of United State of America is an agricultural rich state. It is also known as the "Food Capital of the World". NC-94 is an agricultural database of north central region in United States that facilitates crop and risk analysis, pest management and forecasting and used intensively. It is available for public use through many sources to process and analyze to get future predictions about agriculture. In this research work we exploit the use of XML as configuration support also to generate different sets of shades with blue as base color and use those sets to render the degree of coldness correspondingly in Iowa with county as spatial granularity in last 30 years. The darker and lighter shades reflect the higher and lower degree of coldness respectively.
