Abstract :
This letter presents a modified adaptive control scheme to synchronize the incommensurate fractional-order chaotic systems with fully unknown parameters. Based on Lyapunov stability theory and fractional order differential inequality, a simple adaptive controller is developed using modified adaptive control scheme. The proposed scheme is global and theoretically rigorous. Simulation results for the fractional-order hyperchaotic Lorenz system is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
