Abstract :
QoS(Quality of Service) describes the non-functional properties of Web services. With more and more Web services become available, QoS is becoming a decisive factor to selecting the most suitable service from a set of candidate services with the identical functionality. Thus the approach about the computation of the QoS is also becoming more important. This study proposes a new algorithm about QoS of Web services. The main difference comparing with traditional algorithms is that it gets rid of the impact of the distinct tendency the QoS properties have to the computing of the overall service QoS value. We also give the details of the method implementing and do a comparison with traditional approaches.
