Abstract :
The paper presents an overview of multicriteria analysis techniques applied to the design of telecommunication networks. A special module called ISAAP for interactive multicriteria analysis is adapted for this purpose. We will also present the use of multicriteria analysis for supporting strategic decisions related to negotiating interconnection agreements in telecommunications.
