Abstract :
In the large-scale formal context, time efficiency will be reduced, if using semantic distance to calculate the concept similarity. In this paper, a calculation method of similarity about the concept in the formal context was designed by using the inclusion degree theory. Firstly, probability distribution and probability measure was defined. The probability measure was taken as a fuzzy measure of concept information content. Then, the inclusion degree between the concepts was generated by the information content. Finally, the similarity was calculated from their inclusion degree. It is shown that the method is feasible and effective through theory proof and experiment.
