Analyzing Soft Skills of Software Engineers using Repertory Grid

It has been a very persistent observation by the decision makers in the software industry that the software engineers generally lack the required soft skills needed by the industry. In this paper, the main objective is to identify a sizeable and relevant set of required soft skills and drill down to understand their relative importance as well as their relationships with each other.
