After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

The subconscious is an objective existence. To cultivate the subconscious is a self-conscious mental control activities in teaching and training of sports, It should take the following aspects, namely, positive encouragement, pay attention to emotional communication, repeated movements and race feelings, suggestion and imagination training or by adoption of strong stimulus to cultivate subconscious repeatedly. Unconscious, Auditory stimulation, Visual stimulation, Contemplation are specific means used for stimulation.
