Abstract
In order to investigate the game among contractor, supervisor and owner, this article analyzes their information asymmetry in project supervision, and explores the evolutionary game model. Compared with traditional model studying two sides´ mixed strategy Nash equilibrium we construct strategic response function and deduce a game space ultimately. By introducing a three-player game-theoretic model, we show that governments should reinforce the owner´s supervision mechanism, owner need to complete the present engineering supervision system and adopt penalty- incentive mechanism both to contractor and supervisor. This is the way to realize the win-win strategy among three players in the long run.
