Abstract :
Operation process analysis is one important technique to promote the process optimization and reduce the production cost, and operation process chart is the tool describes the whole manufacturing flow of the product entirely, applied by more and more enterprises. This paper developed one operation process analysis system based on manufacturing processing management system (MPM), and the system had been accomplished on the MPM platform of Shanda Hoteamsoft Co. Ltd. This system first builds operation process chart with production route, based on process design, work analysis, time study, assembly line balancing and so on, and then optimize the process using the method 5W1H, etc. It can be integrated with PDM, CAPP or other systems, that insures veracity and coherence between different data.
