Abstract :
Successful companies are those that can control their Work-In-Process (WIP) and respond to customerpsilas requirements in real time. In this paper, we propose a real-time scheduling algorithm that can effectively reach these goals. The approach is used in a supply chain environment for job-shop problem to treat metal surface. Some examples are provided to illustrate this approach.
