Because of the risk characteristics of commercial bank´s debt operation, risk management has always been worthy a discussing and studying important issue. Break through traditional commercial bank risk management method, from the perspective of core competence, this article considers that to maintain a safe and dovish banking system, we must fundamentally enhanced the ability to adapt and respond to external risk, meaning to shape and nurture commercial bank core competence, so that the commercial banks can maintain competitive advantage, keep sustainable and healthy development. This article has analysed action mechanism that core competence is to commercial bank risk management, from the oview over the action relation commercial bank core competence to risk management, action mode based on the concept orientation and resources supporting, and function mode, etc, put forward new ideas of risk management.
