Abstract :
This paper studies the performance of Code-Orthogonalized Transmitted-Reference Ultra-Wideband (COTR-UWB) system in presence of interference. The output component expression of COTR-UWB receivers in presence of single frequency interference is deduced in detail. In addition, in presence of narrowband jamming signal, the performances of three kinds of UWB systems(COTR-UWB, time-domain reference UWB and frequency-domain reference UWB)are simulated and compared. The theoretical analysis and simulation show that the performance of COTR-UWB system is the same as frequency-domain reference UWB system, and superior to time-domain reference UWB.
