Abstract :
A cost analysis method on location planning for logistics distribution network systems has been proposed in this paper. The whole network system has been divided into two components, one is the cost analysis of the terminals within the networks; the other is that of the distribution routes connecting the terminals. A general total cost model which includes all terminal cost and distribution transportation cost has been expressed by approximation modeling method. Finally, the simulation experiments and the comparisons have been proved the method effectiveness.
