Abstract
The management support has an important influence on high-tech enterprise innovation. The study on domestic high-tech enterprises shows that organizational motivation, organizational barriers, resources support, supervisor support, team support and autonomy all have significant impacts on the performance of employees, in which psychological safety and organizational learning play an intermediary role. Therefore, managers of high-tech enterprises should provide support programs for staff systematically to enhance employees´ psychological safety and organizational learning capacity for the purpose of innovation emerging.
