Abstract :
A three-parameter difference distribution and pattern are proposed with features similar to those described by D.W. Duan and Y. Rahmat Samii (1992) for three-parameter sum distribution and pattern. For this distribution, the low peak sidelobe level can be obtained and the edge level of the aperture distribution can be adjusted. By selecting the three parameters, a suitable distribution can be determined for different applications.<>
