Abstract :
In present paper, the issue of knowledge work efficiency under dynamic network environment is put forward. The mechanism of knowledge work is analyzed. The knowledge work efficiency is defined as cognitive efficiency and group collaboration efficiency in narrow and broad sense, respectively. Six kinds of factors, namely individual factor, work group factor, task factor, work resource factor, management factor and physical environment factor, and 54 specific influencing factors are obtained based on theoretical analysis and investigations through questionnaires in some provinces of China. Finally, 13 major influencing factors are obtained according to factor analysis based on variance maximization of multivariate statistical analysis method.
