Abstract
Summary form only given. Handheld devices, have achieved a phenomenal popularity growth recently. Therefore, an increasing need for different services has risen. Many applications are already present but rely on a large computer display. To transfer these applications to handheld devices, designers need a set of design rules. Moreover, they need the design rules to fulfill some structural conditions to reach maximum usability of these design rules. The author proposes a set of design rules and a different structure for these rules.
