  • Abstract
    Based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (Fuzzy-AHP), referred to the ISO/OSI model, the network control systems (NCS) are need to certain simplification, by unify the actual control system. The NCSpsilas data transmission is dividing the 8 kinds internal latency, the 5 kinds external delay; through seeking some which is opposite in relative importance of the total goal, we has obtained the NCS time-delay relative importance, from this we determine the NCSpsilas main time-delay source and minimum time-delay source. This method has overcome blind supposition of the latency, helping NCSpsilas latency analysis.
