Abstract :
We want to make possible the communication between virtual environment and several simulators to obtain an interactive environment that enables a multidisciplinary integrated simulation of mechanical, electronic and control software system. This paper describes a method for adding to OpenMASK virtual environment facilities for communication under the standard IEEE 1516 HLA (High Level Architecture) for distributed simulation. Firstly, we present some related works on HLA. Secondly, we present briefly OpenMASK virtual environment. Then, our approach to integrate OpenMASK with HLA is developed. Static structures and data exchange are defined with time consideration. A small example is then provided.
