Abstract :
A new safe monitor information system of coal is to be established. Method: supported by GIS, the unified management of space and attribute data is achieved by adopting C/S and B/S together. Procedure: According to the concrete information of coal-information management, the overall structural design for system is done, the digital model of the system is analyzed, the functional structure of the system and the system of ventilation and monitoring are designed. Conclusion: The newly-built safe coal-production management system can observe and measure the safety of the production on the mine or under.
