Abstract :
SMEs have become the main force of China´s economic development. Management of small and medium-sized enterprises is one of the main themes of management in China. From the angle of development, this article probes into the future development strategies of small and medium-sized enterprises of our country, on the basis of analysis points out the competitive pressure that the small and medium-sized enterprises of our country face. From marketing strategy, talents´ strategy, motivating strategy, technological innovation strategy the characteristics of the small and medium-sized enterprises are analyzed in this paper, meanwhile, the proper innovative strategies are also put forward.
