Abstract

IT outsourcing service has the characteristics of high business association and strong asset specialization. The rough set theory is a relatively new soft computing method to deal with fuzzy and uncertain information. According to the questionnaire, this paper analyzes the risk factors of IT outsourcing service, based on Rough-set theory, using the algorithm such as decision support, certainly factor, coverage factor, and constructs the model of risk analysis. Then the paper obtains the main risk factors and weight of IT outsourcing service. The confidence-measure-based Rough set model can effectively solve uncertainty of risk factors and thus Risk Rule Mining problem of IT outsourcing service are solved.
