Abstract :
This research aims at designing the mode of engine lubrication pre-building engine oil pressure for cold-crank and frequent hot start and also the mode of safe lubrication control facility as lower oil pressure. The purpose is to prevent that the manufacturer´s original engine will result in boundary-friction wearing due to idle speed, improper acceleration or driving with payload and lubrication oil pressure lowering to less than a safe value during driving when the original manufacturer´s engine starts in cold-crank, lengthen the vehicle engine´s lifespan and to enhance horsepower output power after cold-crank and warm-up reduce preliminary fuel consumption and exhaust emissions volume during idle speed.
