Abstract :
This paper presents the spectrum sharing cognitive radio network consisting of a pair of primary users and a pair of secondary users over Rayleigh fading wireless channels. When each the pair of users used the spectrum at the same time, the secondary user degrades the QoS of primary user and interference will occur at the primary user link. To meliorate the functioning of secondary users while maintaining the QoS of primary user link, this paper proposed an ANFIS based opportunistic power control strategy. This adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system relies on sugeno fuzzy management model by exploiting two input variables: the primary user´s SNR and interference channel gain. The power control scale ratio K will modify the SINR and hence improve the QoS of primary users link and reduce the bit error rate (BER) as compared to the without power control strategy.
