Wenzhou industrial associations have a distinct characteristic of civil and the majority of them considered with high level of autonomy. The distinguish development of Wenzhou Industrial association can be attributed to the extending of private economy, community-based industry clusters, the interaction between local government and associations and the high organizational level of the associations in Wenzhou. The development of Wenzhou Industrial Association also faces some problems. The achievements and problems of Wenzhou industrial association reflected exactly the institutional characteristics of China.
