Abstract :
Aiming at loan projects of international financial organizations, this paper put forward the content and framework of post-evaluation. Set the Yellow River flood control and disaster reduction system construction project as an example, this paper established the three-tier evaluation system using AHP method and fuzzy mathematics for fuzzy comprehensive post-evaluation. The rationality and effectiveness of the contents and methods of post-evaluation on loan projects of international financial organizations were proved by one example.
