Abstract :
Vendor selection is one of the critical activities for firms to gain competitive advantage and achieve the objectives of the whole supply chain. Fractal model is proposed in this paper for solving the vendor selection problem from the multidimensional angle, which indicates the inner relationship between fractal dimension and excellent degree of vendor. Finally, the example indicates that the model is simple and convenient. It can effectively reduce subjective effect in the course of evaluation, and it can overall and objectively evaluate the vendor.
