Abstract :
Rough set theory for the lack of the adaptability of noise fault data, the fault diagnosis method based on variable precision rough set theory (VPRS) is proposed. The threshold value of discernibility set is selected. The sensitive of rough set theory to noise data is advoided. The accuracy of fault rules and accuracy rate of fault diagnosis are improved. The availability of this method is proved by a fault diagnosis example of the bearings.
