Abstract :
Demand management of Supply Chain has been hotly discussed recently but little attentions have been paid on that of small enterprises. Grey System Model GM (1, 1) is employed to predict the Supply Chain demand of small enterprises with insufficient related information. And Weakening Operator Conversion is utilized to improve the prediction accuracy. The results indicate that the applicability and robustness of grey prediction is acceptable and more approaches are to be brought in to improve prediction accuracy and test the prediction differentials to actual demand.
