Through analyzing the simulation process of the brake test-bed, using a single-loop and a double-loop control model, this paper proposes that regarding the drive current as the control point, and on this basis, establishing a non-linear control model based on single neuron self-adaptivity. Then, this paper analysis these models using computer simulation. At last, the results shows that under the self-adaptive regulation from single neuron, the method of direct control of the drive current has better comprehensive preformance, its low system errors, high stability and good self-adaptability makes it possible to represent the condition in the real industry production much better.
