Abstract
In order to explore effective ways to improve the performance and ensure the success of BPR, the paper puts forward a conceptual model and 4 theoretical hypotheses about the relationship between BPR and its interior environment support system, makes a empirical study about the theoretical hypothesis employing a multidimensional statistic and analytic method, reveals the relationship, and researches the impact of organizational and background factors like corporation scale on BPR. The research findings show that interior environment support system plays a positive role in the success of BPR, various support elements influence BPR differently, and the form of ownership significantly affects the extent of BPR implementation. In addition, some suggestions are made to make BPR a success based on the research findings.
