A method of urban saving energy evaluation

According to the city energy consumption character in China, this article forms a city energy conservation evaluation index system. It contains 27 indexes in 3 levels and 4 parts about industry, building, city transportation and residential consumption. According to some standard, the article divides city energy conservation level into 4 classes and forms energy conservation evaluation model. In the end, it takes one city as an example to carry on empirical research. The analysis result basically reflects the actual condition of the city energy consumption and indicates the feasibility of the estimate method.
