Abstract :
Automotive panel integrating information model is a key of die CE and intelligent manufacturing. By analyzing AP shape and pressing process features, a sorting strategy based on shape and construction features is presented, a five-hierarchical AP integrated IM driven by CE is established, an AP information exchanged frame of integrated knowledge representing based intelligent-concurrent design is put forward. The keys for knowledge representing and reasoning are discussed, case-representing methods and reasoning arithmetic based on design rules are given. Finally, feature technology and multidomain knowledge fused into AP information modeling, the product IM of integrated knowledge based on feature mapping is set up. The model provides effective technology measures for exchanging information of all lifecycles, die intelligent-concurrent design, shortened development cycle and improving AP quality.
