Abstract :
This paper describes the background of building and technical characteristics basing on the services platform system for water conservancy data of Hai River Basin in Tianjin. It introduces the goals, data structure, function modules and the main technical features of the system in detail. This paper uses a visualization and analysis technology combination two-dimension with three-dimension, the multilayer data scheduling technique, fuzzy queries and precise positioning technology, a large-scale relational database to manage and store data and scientific and man-machine interface design to show constructive achievements of spatial data, hydrological data, water quality data, groundwater data, flood control engineering data, socio-economic data synthetically and remote sensing image data. Implement management of drainage basin basic data and data service.
