Abstract
Charge pump with less than 1 mV ripple of the output voltage employs on-chip capacitors with large parasitic capacitance between bottom plate and substrate and does not generate pulsed supply current or noticeable substrate noise during switching. It operates in current mode and is developed with structural approach to analog design that uses dedicated feedback loop for every important parameter
