Abstract :
According to making good use of tundish in the integrated steel-making industry, the integrated tundish plan is described firstly, Secondly, a nonlinear integer programming (NIP) model is introduced in detail considering width jump limit, thickness jump limit, due date limit, flow limit, steel grade limit and the tundish capacity limit; To solve this model, an efficient variable neighborhood search (VNS) is introduced by using hamming distance to define the neighborhoods; Finally, the computational experiment shows that the model and algorithm are efficient.
