Abstract :
Production process optimization scheduling technology has gained many achievements in Chinese petrochemical and metallurgical industries, but itpsilas still lacking in the printing and dyeing industry. Under the background of production process management system in Zhejiang Mizuda printing and dyeing group, a mathematical model of production process scheduling based on production recipe is presented, and this model with production data is formulated in ILOG OPL Studio and solved by calling ILOG CPLEX. The computational results are shown in Gantt diagram. The running of some examples indicates that the results are effective.
