Abstract :
The reason of bullwhip effect was analyzed, the necessary and the method of restraint of it were introduced. Three-echelon supply chain model was established in Matlab/Simulink, and terminal customer order was introduced into upstream enterprisespsila decision making system. The simulation result shown that information distortion is reduced, and the bullwhip effect is effectively restrained by information sharing.
